Look for biodegradable caps, tees made from renewable resources, and a goal of 90% of our line to be made from recycled and renewable materials by 2026.
LOCALE has partnered with GREENONE to make around 5% of our cap line from biodegradable polyester materials. GREENONE yarn contains organic additives which allow the product to degrade in the landfill or water. This is unlike other biodegradable products that need to be composted. This yarn can be treated in a normal manner as it will decompose in a landfill in 264 days and 30 days in water.
