Note On Custom Embroidery Orders
For online embroidery orders, please allow 48 hours for processing as each of these items are made to order with care!
We currently offer USPS Surepost 7-10 day guaranteed delivery as well as UPS 2-5 Business Day Ground Service (Delivery time is calculated from the time the order leaves our warehouse). Please allow additional time for rural addresses or deliveries to Military APO/FPO addresses.
We attempt to only accept orders for items that are currently in stock. In the unusual event that an order is placed for an item that is not in stock, we will immediately ship all in-stock items, and any back-ordered item will be cancelled.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, we ship via USPS Priority Mail. Please note: delivery may take up to 10 business days from the ship date.
Shipping to Canada, we ship via USPS First Class Post. This rate covers duty, taxes, handling and freight. Please note: delivery may take up to 14 business days from the ship date. We will provide tracking information for international shipments.
Free Shipping on Orders Over $50!
If your order meets or exceeds $50 before taxes, you will receive FREE USP® Surepose shipping. Please choose the FREE shipping option during checkout. Shipping to the Contiguous United States, Locale Outdoor Apparel ships via USPS and UPS to the contiguous United States. Please note: UPS cannot deliver to USPS Post Office Boxes, please use USPS if shipping to a Post Office Box.
Expedited Delivery Scheduling
Due to the weight of our items and the associated high costs of Air Shipping we are not set up to regularly offer Express Delivery services (Overnight/Next Day, 2-Day or 3-Day Guaranteed Delivery options). Please call 970-845-1150 to arrange special circumstances.
When conﬁrmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice as the order is processing*. Tracking information will be provided upon order leaving our warehouse for your convenience.
*We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently underpriced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you ﬁrst to ensure that the price is acceptable.
